PCGRO is Hiring!

PCGRO currently is looking to hire two positions for our organization! We are looking for a Communications Manager and a Field Organizer for Western WI for Nonpartisan Voting Districts.

First, we are looking for a Communications Manager. This position would be responsible for communication with various audiences through a variety of platforms including mass emails, social media, local media and PCGRO’s website. Look at the full qualifications and responsibilities here.

Next, we are looking for a Field Organizer for Western Wisconsin for Nonpartisan Voting Districts (WWNVD). This position will intentionally cultivate relationships based on shared interests and values that align with PCGRO’s mission. In doing so, the organizer will work to develop new community-based leaders who grow our capacity for collective action in achieving the change we want to see in Pierce County and beyond. The Field Organizer will be responsible for the WWNVD project. Depending on the level of experience with organizing and knowledge of redistricting, the onboarding process for leading the team could take 2 to 4 months.

For both of these positions, most work can be done remotely although attending in-person meetings and events in Western WI will at times be necessary.
