The Land Stewardship Project is Hiring! They are currently seeking to fill the positions of Development Director, Operations & Support Specialist, and Policy Organizer. All positions are full-time.

“This Operations and Support Specialist will shift between supporting the organization’s Interim
Executive Director and handling day-to-day financial responsibilities. Both areas of
responsibility are critical to supporting organizational health and systems. You will also work
with the other Specialists in maintaining elements of positive redundancy within our team’s
work. You will pride yourself in attention to detail and enjoy troubleshooting and proposing

The Policy Organizer will
• Build bases of supporters to build power.
• Recruit new LSP members to build the organization.
• Support committees of LSP member-leaders to guide the work by setting strategies and
executing tactics that influence policymakers.
